With the 2024 season spearheaded in the right direction by our team at Crate Marine Belleville, we want to keep our visitors up-to-date on our slip rates and provide you with the latest documentation before visiting our harbour. With the winter season officially ending and getting closer to a vibrant summer, planning your boat storage and activities ahead of time is the best way to guarantee your spot during our spring marina launch.
Remember, we have limited slips available every year, so you must book your spot ahead of time! Our rates vary from season to season, but here you will find our rates for spring, all forms, our marina rules and regulations, and even our emergency response plan map. Marina Rules and Regulations
We count on a 34-item list of regulations and rules for visitors, boaters, and slip renters. Our regulations are enforced to guarantee a reliable service and the safety of everyone who visits our beautiful bayside marina in the Bay of Quinte. An abridged version of our rules for our spring marina season include:
- Full payment of slips is due upon receipt. If the payment has not been received at the beginning of the contract, the slip position will reopen for other customers. Slip details are non-refundable, and owners must have a minimum of $2,000,000 marine liability insurance.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.
- No illegal drugs are allowed. Alcohol is permitted on boats and the marina property.
- Our staff needs to approve guest groups of 10 or more in advance.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when entering the boater’s lounge.
- Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a leash.
- Only staff members are allowed entry into workshops, storage buildings, or other structures.
- Motorized scooters, dirt bikes, ATVs, and other off-road vehicles are prohibited on our premises.
- No swimming in the harbour.
- Crate Marine Belleville must have current and accurate information concerning names, addresses, phone numbers, E-mails, vessel descriptions, and vehicle information.
- Spillage or discharge of oil, gasoline, diesel, or other pollutants in or around the waterways is strictly prohibited.
- Owners shall not retain outside contractors, service companies, or private individuals to undertake any service work or repairs or the sale of any vessel without prior written consent from management.
- Owners are prohibited from boarding their vessel after it has been hauled and blocked.

- Sea-Doo Ports: $800.00 each for the season
